Knowledge Share:  A lot of people feel more secure in their position, if they keep the information to themselves – they feel it is a type of job security. 

They could be right in their thinking. 

However, if you are away, quit or are sick for a long period of time, how does it help your clients if you haven’t shared the proper information with your colleagues? 

Knowledge sharing is an essential part of running a successful business. 

It creates an environment for people to work more as a team and less in their own silo. 

It also creates an environment for your clients to have complete confidence in the business as a whole instead of just one person. 

People do not need all the particulars of your day to day, however, sharing impertinent information is key. 

Keep the information simple, summarized and with easy to follow instructions, if needed. 

It will greatly benefit the business and make you more of an asset.

Do you have regular meetings – weekly or monthly where you could incorporate knowledge sharing into it easily?
