Advice: What is the best piece of advice that someone gave you?

At the many different phases of business – starting a business – a few years down the road – 10 years into it – or nearing retirement – changing careers, companies or positions - people will always offer advice or opinions.

Some of the opinions or advice will be negative and you need to sort through that. I urge you to go with the information that is encouraging and supportive.

The negative feedback can take you down if you let it – but don’t let it – go with the positive feedback and prove the negative feedback wrong!
