Tip of the Week – Client Incentives – June 26/23

Client Incentives:  Do you have an incentive program for your clients or little incentives for the products or services that you provide?

Sometimes these can be very beneficial to add into your current setup, structure or process.

It is definitely helpful when starting with a new client. 

An introductory price, sale, promotion, gift, and other times it is good to do it later on.

You can do many different things BOGO, do a points program, a token of appreciation, Customer Appreciation Day, etc.

Letting your customer know that you appreciate their business can go a long way.

We all like feeling appreciated at times and clients are no different.  It is when they do not feel appreciated, that they may start looking elsewhere.

Questions to Ponder:

What little things can you incorporate into your business structure that would offer something like this to your customers?

What kind of incentive would work best in your work environment?

How should you incorporate it?

What is your budget for this?
