Warehouse: How is your warehouse organized? Can people find things quickly and easily?

A lot of times, warehouses just get stuff shoved in them and then when it comes to finding something, it can be a difficult task – this especially happens during the winter months when we are cold and really don’t want to take the time to keep it organized.

But when you do this, who benefits from it?

Take the necessary time to keep your warehouse organized and clean and you will reap the benefits. Label things as much as possible. This is especially helpful when new employees are added to the mix. Mark out sections on your floor if need be.

Look at it from the view of a brand new employee and what would benefit them.

To keep your rodents at bay, keep a neat, tidy and clean warehouse and that will deter them from wanting to be in there.
